Brittany Weaver
Practice Administrator
As Practice Administrator, Brittany runs the front office (and secretly the rest of the office members too, but we aren’t telling her yet). She has been a part of West Kerr Dental since the practice opened its doors. She prides herself on getting to know our patients and is the heartbeat of our office. She will gladly help you with any questions you may have. Whether it be appointment making, billing, or insurance, she is happy to take the extra time to help you.
Brittany is a Hill Country native from Comfort, TX. She moved to Waco to attend school in 1999 and lived there for 8 years. She returned to the Hill Country in 2007. She has been married to her husband (a local firefighter/paramedic) for over 15 years and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, running, sand volleyball, flag football, and weight lifting. She’s pretty much the amazing Mom superwoman we all wish we were.
Jessica Montoto
RDA
Jessica Montoto was born in Illinois. At the age of 10, her family decided to move to San Marcos, TX, and then landed in San Antonio, TX, where she finished her middle and high school years. Upon graduating from Thomas Jefferson High School, she enrolled at Kaplan College to study to become a Dental Assistant. She worked in an office in San Antonio for 10 months before moving to Ingram, TX in 2013 to work at West Kerr Dental for Dr. Ray. Dr. Mitchell loved her so much that we decided to keep her. However, she is the Princess of the office. She’s an awesome asset to our team, and we know you’ll love her smile as much as we do!
If she ever goes missing, we know she has run away with her sweet niece Izabelle, who is her pride and joy. She comes from a family of two brothers, one sister, and two wonderful parents.
Diana Smith
RDH, MBA
A native of the Rio Grande Valley, Diana started coming to the Hill Country at the age of six to attend summer camp in Hunt. She graduated with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene and a minor in Spanish from TWU along with an MBA from Texas Tech University. Diana has two amazing daughters of whom she is very proud. Her eldest is an RN in the Valley, while her youngest is a proud Red Raider pursuing a degree in Graphic Design at Texas Tech in Lubbock. In her spare time you can find her cheering on the Astros or the Red Raiders, spending time with family and friends, floating in the river, riding horses, or engaging in any activity that involves sunshine.
Diana loves what she does, and it shows in her work. We built out another room just to add her to our practice so it’s safe to say we love her and know she will do a phenomenal job for you. She looks forward to joining you on your healthcare journey…in English or Spanish. Wreck ‘em Tech!
Annabel Sauceda Delacruz
RDA
Annabel Sauceda Delacruz was born in Fredericksburg TX. She was raised in Junction, Texas. She graduated from Junction High School in 2023. The same year in November she attended Dental Assistant School of Texas where she graduated top of her class. Annabel interned as an Assistant throughout school and joined West Kerr Dental upon graduating in 2024. She is passionate about educating patients on dental care and welcomes everyone with a hugeee smileee. She has two fur babies, one cat and one dog, both veryy spoiled and loved!! She also likes making people laugh so much that she has considered being a comedian on the side.
Ale Orta
RDA
Alejandra Orta is a dedicated Dental Assistant committed to delivering personalized, detail-oriented care to every patient she meets. Known for her friendly, kind, and patient approach, she helps create a comfortable experience from the moment patients arrive. Alejandra is also fluent in Spanish, allowing her to provide clear, compassionate communication for Spanish-speaking patients.
Originally from Dallas, TX, Alejandra spent most of her life in the beautiful city of San Miguel de Allende, GTO., Mexico. She later attended dental school at Universidad Cuauhtémoc – Plantel Querétaro, where she strengthened her passion for dentistry and patient care.
Now relatively new to the Hill Country area, Alejandra is excited to be part of this community and proud to support patients in achieving healthier, brighter smiles. Whether assisting in procedures, supporting patients through treatment, or helping maintain a welcoming environment, Alejandra approaches every day with kindness, professionalism, and the goal of making each patient feel truly cared for.
